The PMAC Inc. AGM

The PMAC Inc AGM is held in October each year.  PMAC's AGM for 2018 will be held  in Wellington.

On Wednesday 7th  November 2018

At each AGM the meeting:

  • receives the  Annual Report and the  MPI Expenditure and Cost Recovery work report for the previous year.
  • elects the Executive Council
  • agrees the budget and annual membership levies for PMAC incorporated
  • considers whether PMAC Inc. .should have its accounts independently audited
  • notes the MPI  Expenditure Budget and workplan for the current financial year
  • may make changes to the PMAC Inc. rules and consider any other matters covered by the rules.
